The breakfast buffet is a delightful spread, with cold meats that elevate the morning vibe. Plus, the view from my Double Room over the Dome of the Rock was simply stunning. Honestly, the service was top-notch—shoutout to Ilyas and Sofiane for being so helpful!

what an absolutely disappointing experience. The cleaning staff must be on vacation because the room and public areas were dirty. I also expected a complimentary bottle of water or at least an upgrade for all my troubles. it’s the least they could've done. Definitley won’t be back, should’ve listened to the other bad reviews.

I had an amazing time here, especially enjoying the picturesque garden area where I could relax with a coffee while listening to birds chirping. The pool was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring, too. Just a minor thing, the pillows could be better for comfort, but overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting! 🌟

The hotel offers an ideal starting point for exploring the Holy City's ancient sites. We loved the stunning view from our room and the kids enjoyed the outdoor space. The staff’s assistance with dinner orders made our late-night arrival smoother.
My kids wished for a more comfortable bed.
